In 10 May 2012, P.M has decision no 548/QD TTg to list out 13 special national landscapes in 2012. Accordingly, the list of vestiges is:
- Ancient imperial of Hoa Lu (Ninh Binh province)
- Historical and artistic architecture vestige of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam (Hanoi Temple of Literature)
- Historical and artistic architecture vestige of Con Son – Kiep Bac (Hai Duong).
- Historical, archeologist and artistic architecture vestige of Ho dynasty citadel (Thanh Hoa province).
- Historical vestige of the uprising relics of Yen The in Yen The district, Tan Yen district, Viet Yen district, and Yen Dung district (Bac Giang province).
- Historical vestige of Con Dao prison (Ba Ria – Vung Tau province)
- Historical vestige of the memorial area of Ton Duc Thang president in My Hoa Hung district (An Giang southern province0
- Historical vestige of Pac Bo (Cao Bang northern province)
- Historical vestige of Tan Trao (Tuyen Quang province)
- Historical vestige of ATK (safe zone – Thai Nguyen province)
- Historical vestige of central base of Southern bureau (Tay Ninh province) and
- Trang An – Tam Coc – Bich Dong landscape (Ninh Binh province)
P.M Nguyen Tan Dung asked for the ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport, people committees of the provinces and people of those area apply the national principles in managing the cultural vestige.
